What You'll Do

  • Deliver end-to-end development of complex features across backend services and UI layers
  • Design REST APIs, data models, and integrations with third-party systems
  • Apply AI coding tools to improve velocity, quality, and test coverage
  • Review code, guide best practices, and mentor junior engineers
  • Ensure system scalability and performance for enterprise-grade customers
  • Collaborate with product and customer-facing teams to translate requirements into elegant solutions

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 5-7 years of experience
  • Strong expertise in Java and at least one relevant framework (Wicket, Micronaut, Spring)
  • Hands-on experience building scalable, production SaaS applications
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, API design, databases, and caching
  • Experience with cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP) and Docker/Kubernetes
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ETL/data pipelines or marketing/sales domain integrations
  • Exposure to Python and Node.js microservices
  • Knowledge of Kafka, Clickhouse, AWS

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium/Playwright for web applications
  • Develop API automation test cases using RestAssured or related tools
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred)
  • Maintain frameworks, configurations, and reusable components for scalability and efficiency

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in software testing/automation
  • Basic understanding of programming concepts (Java, Selenium)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development process
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Shell scripting
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

What You'll Do

Paid Social (Primary Focus)

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and other B2B channels
  • Build audiences, targeting strategies, and retargeting funnels
  • Manage budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, and CPL/CAC metrics
  • A/B test creatives, messaging, and landing pages

Performance Marketing & Demand Gen

  • Manage Google Ads campaigns focused on B2B search intent
  • Drive MQL, SQL, and pipeline contribution through multichannel programs
  • Run paid content syndication and partner campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and conversion

Analytics & Reporting

  • Own campaign dashboards, tracking, attribution, and insights
  • Report on CPL, CAC, ROAS, engagement metrics, and pipeline impact
  • Identify trends, optimization opportunities, and gaps in funnels

Content & Website

  • Work with content and design teams on marketing assets
  • Optimize landing pages and website for higher conversions
  • Support webinars, events, and ABM campaigns through digital promotion

What You'll Need

  • 3-6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn Ads and paid social campaign management
  • Solid understanding of Google Ads, retargeting, and funnel optimization
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Hotjar
  • Data-driven approach with a strong bias for experimentation
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ABM platforms (Terminus, 6sense, Demandbase)
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and email nurture workflows
  • Familiarity with AI/MarTech landscape
  • Creative mindset with an eye for compelling ads and landing pages

What You'll Need

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR recruitment or generalist roles (agency/creative industry experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to strategize and align HR functions with business objectives
